We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager/ Project Manager (Vietnamese) to join our team for an upcoming major tender. This is a strategic role for a high-profile project scheduled to commence in March.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client and stakeholders during the tender and execution phases.
- Oversee and manage contractors strictly under FIDIC (Construction) contracts.
- Ensure all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations are strictly followed on-site.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the construction industry.
- Sector Expertise: Strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) construction project is highly preferred. Experience in other Manufacturing/Industrial sectors is mandatory.
- Contractual Knowledge: Deep expertise in managing contractors using FIDIC contract forms.
- Background: Candidates from other top-tier consultancies are highly encouraged to apply.
