Construction & Store Development: Conduct site surveys, develop construction plans, and organize the construction of new stores based on the Minimalist Supermarket concept. Ensure optimal space planning and fixture layout.
Progress & Quality Management: Supervise construction contractors to ensure project progress and timely site handover for store operations. Conduct strict quality inspections and acceptance of completed works.
Cost Control: Prepare construction and maintenance budgets and closely control costs to minimize waste, in line with the lean-cost philosophy of the Hard Discount model.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Take responsibility for periodic maintenance of store facilities and systems, including electrical, plumbing, lighting, air conditioning, and shelving systems, at the Di An store and future locations. Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize disruption to business operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's/College degree in Construction, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or other relevant technical fields.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, with preference given to candidates who have managed construction/maintenance for retail chains, supermarkets, or FMCG companies.
Good knowledge of construction techniques, strong technical drawing interpretation/reading skills, and the ability to perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
Practical mindset with a focus on functional, cost-effective, and efficient solutions.
Willingness to travel, proactive working style, and ability to work under high pressure during periods of continuous store expansion.
