Responsibilities

• Meeting clients for briefings and support Account Manager in presenting proposals to clients for approval, minutes meeting report;
• Assisting Account Manager in briefing with agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the clients;
• Proposing contract for Clients, Supplier under Account Manager supervision;
• Financial administration;
• Performing other adhoc tasks as delegated by Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree
• Experiences in Agency is plus
• Hard working, proactive dynamic and willing to learn attitude
• Quick to absorb and analyse large amounts of information
• The ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent English communication (written and oral) skills
• Willing to work with team spirit and high responsibility
