Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Concept Architect. The role involves conceptualizing and executing architectural designs for various projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, preparing detailed presentations, and ensuring that projects meet the company's high standards for quality and innovation. The architect will also work on integrating creativity, functionality, and sustainability into each project, focusing on client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design, concept development, and rendering
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and building codes
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to develop innovative design solutions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Experience in sustainable design and integration of green building principles is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Knowledge of local and regional architecture trends and market dynamics is highly desirable
