Reponsibilities:
- Develop and optimize Computer Vision and Deep Learning models for image/video analysis.
- Design and implement solutions for tasks such as Object Detection, Image Classification, Image Segmentation, OCR, Tracking, or Pose Estimation.
- Train, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models using large-scale datasets.
- Deploy and optimize models for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into products.
- Research and apply the latest advancements in Computer Vision and AI.
- Troubleshoot and improve model accuracy, performance, and scalability.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or AI development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with OpenCV and image processing techniques.
- Solid understanding of Deep Learning architectures such as CNN, Vision Transformer (ViT), YOLO, Faster R-CNN, Segmentation models, etc.
- Experience developing Computer Vision applications such as:
- Object Detection
- Image Classification
- Image Segmentation
- OCR
- Face Recognition
- Video Analytics
- Experience deploying AI models using Docker and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with Git and software development best practices.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills in English OR Japanese (JLPT N2 or above).
Nice to have:
- Experience with CUDA, ONNX, TensorRT, or model optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, or model deployment pipelines.
- Experience with Generative AI or Vision-Language Models (VLM) is a plus
