ASUS is seeking an energetic, hard-working and creative marketer to contribute to our Components marketing team. The Components product marketing specialist is responsible for developing the Go-To-Market plan of the components product (mainboard, VGA, monitor, etc.), overseeing its implementation including tracking and analyzing the performance of branding, activity & promotional campaigns. You will co-work with other marketing members and sales team to ensure good execution and all marketing activities are in line with brand identity & messaging. You will report directly to Components Marketing Manager.

What are you expected to do
In your daily duties,you will:
- Market intelligence - be the expert on buyers behavior& purchasing journey and understand the competitive landscape to integrate with Marketing planning
- Collaborate with productmanagement and marketingmanager to developproduct positioning and messaging for target buyer personas
- Develop a Go-To-Market plan (including key activities and budgets) for new productlaunch
- Work with variousteams (design, content,digital, product, sales) to implementplanned MKT activities
- Copywrite, develop and maintain marketing materials to support all communications
- Follow up and assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs on an ongoing basis
We would be thrilled if you own the following qualities
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication or related field
- At least 2 year experience as a Product Marketing / Brand Manager or similar role
- Understanding and passion for the Tech Industry
- Excellent communication & management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
- Excellent organization methods and skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and web analytics
- Able to work independently & under pressure
- Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
- Full understanding of Google, Facebook, Instagram related boosting mechanism and content formats and KPI measurement
