Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with MMLs to define, develop, and refine the Design Validation Plan (DVP) for components.
Report directly to the CT&V Manager.
Develop comprehensive component test plans covering INT / EXT / CHS / DCL / PWT / BIW systems.
Ensure all tests are executed in accordance with approved test specifications, methodologies, and acceptance criteria to meet quality, safety, and performance requirements.
Source external test laboratories and oversee test execution, or coordinate testing activities with in-house laboratories as required.
Ensure compliance with applicable automotive standards and regulations (e.g., VinFast Standards, ISO, SAE, GB/T).
Support failure analysis, root cause investigations, and implementation of corrective actions to resolve validation issues.
Work closely with design, CAE, materials, and manufacturing teams to optimize component performance, durability, and reliability.
Manage relationships with external testing laboratories and suppliers.
Review and approve test reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
Maintain clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams throughout the validation process.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing and validation, or a related testing field (automotive industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
