Component Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and qualify alternative electronic components to support design, purchasing, and manufacturing teams.
• Solve componentrelated quality issues and work with suppliers on corrective actions.
• Support costreduction, manufacturability improvement, and BOM optimization across projects.
• Review specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure component compliance.
• Maintain component data, AVL/AML, and manage lifecycle issues such as PCN/EOL.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Component Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and ability to read schematics/specs.
• Problemsolving skills and familiarity with quality tools (8D, FMEA, etc.).
• Good communication and ability to work with crossfunctional teams and suppliers.
