How will you create impact
- Manage Vendors COC or Industry audit in term ofICTI, BSCI, SMETA, WCA, C-TPAT(GSV, SCAN), FSC, ISO9001 Cert etc.;
- Supervise vendor Social Audit status, Audit Process, Audit findings, CAP and Audit Result etc. Regularly report Vendors audit performance to company management. Upon audit findings and non-conformances , estimate possible result ,effect and potential risk , take preparative and responding actions for crucial issues if necessary;
- Responsible for and Carry out Spin Master Vendor Survey and Factory Evaluation including Labor Health, Safety ,Environmental and Supply Chain Security ( C-TPAT);
- Liaise with PM team, Vendors, Customer and the 3rd Audit Party to coordinate Customer Audit, fix audit schedule, conduct Pre-audit and CAP follow-up etc.;
- Assist Vendors in leading and driving Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions Plan for audit non-conformances. Verify and follow up the effectiveness and implement of CAP with supplier in a timely and accurate manner;
- Maintain and ensure Spin Master Vendor Audit Database, Factory Audit Summary are up-to-date and supply necessary statistic as requested;
- Regularly Initiate seminars and sessions with suppliers , provide supplier training with latest information on national laws, industry standard and customer new requirement in relation to Social, EHS, Security etc. ;
- Apply for and follow up Disney FAMA application. Check and review FAMA forms and ILS audit reports before submitting to Disney.
- Weekly or Monthly check Disney ILS report and initiate ILS audit for Vendors , and release valid CSR report to Disney for Vendors Disney COC retaining Active in Disney ILS system;
- Prepare business legal documentation, e.g. Factory Authorization Letter, Vendor Code, NMR, Customs Recordal, Based IP control (i.e.: Master Purchase Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Business Registration etc.) for Management Sign off and Approval;
- Follow and monitor the up-to-date local laws, Industry standard, Customer new requirement and ILO convention in relation to Social compliance , EHS, Security etc.;
- Team work to support social compliance supervisor and corporation internal stakeholders for company business;
Required Skill Set
- Familiar with Microsoft Office operation.
- Good Time management during Vendor Survey and Factory audit;
- Skills in Interviewing workers and factory management about social audit;
- Sensitive in Document review ,Visual observation ,Physical inspection during factory visit;
- Integrative analyzing the severity of problems during factory social audit;
- Systemic understand and adopts relevant laws and collecting data to support CAP;
- Good observation and analyzing skills, flexible, resourceful to carry out field work independently;
Required Qualifications & Experience
- College degree or above in Human management, Laws /Business management, Environmental related discipline;
- Good knowledge of ICTI ,SA8000,BSCI, SMETA( Sedex), WRAP,OHSAS18001, ISO9001, EMS&ISO14001;
- Good knowledge of C-TPAT, GSV,SCAN etc. Supply Chain Security audit standard and its Requirement;
- At Least 3 years practical experience in conducting Social compliance audit, Health and Safety, and Environmental audits;
- At least 3 years of experience in dealing with ICTI, BSCI, SMETAT,WCA ,Wal-Mart, Disney, Target ,Sears , K-mart etc. industry audit and customer audit in Labor , Health, Safety, Environmental ,Security audit;
- Familiar with Vietnam Laws and Regulations on LaborOccupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Cleaner production and Energy efficiency etc. ;
- Knowledge on factory audit status in Southeast Asia;
- Know about relevant UN and ILO Conventions , Trade agreements and treaties , Common problems in region;
- Good command at English, with ability to write full audit report in English.
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skills;
- Self-Motivated, Reliable, Honesty , with ability to execute plans dependently and work in a multi-task environment;
- Willing to travel frequently within Vietnam and occasionally to Southeast Asia.
