JOB PURPOSE
- The Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs across the Southeast Asia Business Unit. This role ensures adherence to local regulations, corporate policies, and global compliance standards, while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Act with integrity through all words and actions
- Investigate broad and diverse allegations; prepare investigation reports with findings, conclusions, recommendations for corrective actions
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, policies and best practices, and ensure that the company remains in compliance
- Perform third party compliance reviews
- Utilize data analysis tools and provide data driven insights to support work
- Perform compliance risk assessment and trend analysis
- Provide advice and risk assessment on Vietnam & Southeast Asia compliance matters
- Work cross functionally with functions outside of the LCA team
- Develop and refresh policies; conduct trainings and other initiatives to enhance compliance awareness
- Take on special projects as needed
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
Industry Experiences:
- Minimum 710 years of compliance, legal, or risk management experience, preferably in multinational corporations
- Experience at a company with major, consumer-facing brands is helpful
- Experience in beverage/brewing or another highly regulated industry would be a plus
Position Experiences
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Compliance / Investigations at a Law Firm or at a multinational company.
Language
- Vietnamese (Native) and English (Fluent)
Computer:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Absolute integrity and irreproachable ethics

- Strong organization skills and very proactive
