KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Management (70%)
· Payroll Administration: Collect and verify monthly timesheets, attendance records, and leave requests via HR management platforms to process accurate and timely monthly payroll.
· Statutory Compliance & Insurance: Handle all procedures related to Statutory Insurances (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance), including labor changes, sick leave, maternity claims, and health insurance issuance.
· Trade Union Fee Management: Accurately calculate, track, and process monthly Trade Union fees and union funds in strict compliance with the latest government regulations and internal corporate finance allocations.
· Taxation: Manage quarterly Personal Income Tax (PIT) deductions, register employee tax codes and dependents, and assist in annual PIT finalization.
· Contract Management: Draft, issue, and manage the lifecycle of Labor Contracts, Addendums, and Non-Disclosure Agreements, using E-contract/E-signature platforms with high confidentiality.
· Data Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date and accurate digital employee profiles, organization charts, and master data on internal HR systems.
2. Training & Development Coordination (20%)
· Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Collaborate with Department Heads to identify skills gaps and training needs across the company.
· Onboarding & Induction: Organize and deliver the HR orientation program for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
· Training Logistics: Plan, schedule, and handle logistics for internal training and external training courses if any
· Training Administration: maintain employee training records and evaluate training effectiveness post-session.
· Internal Trainer Coordination: Act as a facilitator to support internal managers/trainers in developing their training materials and presentation structures.
3. HR Operations & Support (10%)
· Assist the HR Manager in updating internal policies, employee handbooks, and company processes
· Support internal communication initiatives, company events, and employee engagement activities.
· Daily, bi-weekly and quarterly reports: HR operational insights and data reports
· Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
· At least 3 years of proven experience in HR, with a strong focus on C&B operations. Experience handling training coordination or generalist HR tasks is highly preferred.
· Solid experience in processing payroll, PIT, and handling statutory insurance procedures.
· Strong and up-to-date knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code, PIT Law, Social Insurance Law, and Trade Union regulations.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas for payroll calculation)
· Good command of written and spoken English, sufficient for professional emails, reporting, and handling corporate documentation.
· High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding employee data and executive salaries.
· Sharp attention to detail, strong numerical reasoning, and analytical mindset.
