Responsibilities
As a C&B Intern, you will support the HR team in day-to-day operations related to payroll, taxation, and social insurance. Your main responsibilities include:
- Registering Tax Identification Numbers (MST) for employees (Local and Expatriates).
- Supporting family circumstance-based tax deductions registration.
- Assisting with Social Insurance (SI) related information and documentation.
- Preparing and updating the Social Night confirmation list
- Coordinating with HR team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of employee records and C&B procedures and other C&B administrative tasks as assigned.
Skill Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and eager to learn new tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Required Experience
- No prior full-time experience required.
- Previous internship, part-time job, or project experience in HR, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks efficiently and handle confidential information with care.
Required Education And Qualifications
- Students or fresh graduates, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and a can-do attitude.
- Fast learner, able to adapt quickly and take ownership of assigned tasks, strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn about HR & C&B practices.
