Responsibilities
- Maintain and update job grading framework and salary bands regularly.
- Prepare annual salary review proposals, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Review and approve new/updated job descriptions for grading.
- Conduct salary surveys and market research; analyze results to recommend pay adjustments.
- Prepare compensation analysis reports for management decisions (new hires, promotions, retention).
- Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, health checks, and wellness activities) and ensure timely renewals.
- Collect employee feedback on benefits and propose cost-effective improvements.
- Calculate and verify performance bonus, sales incentives, and ad-hoc reward payments accurately and on time.
- Ensure payroll inputs for C&B items are accurate and aligned with labor law and company policy.
- Prepare C&B dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports for leadership.
- Support audits and compliance checks related to compensation and benefits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Chinese or English is a must.
- At least 4 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or C&B.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup) and proficiency in HRIS/BI systems.
- Solid understanding of job evaluation, pay structure design, payroll, and tax regulation.
- Strong knowledge of health insurance schemes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
