Job Description

About The Role

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient C&B operations across RBA Vietnam. Beyond day-to-day payroll and compliance, you will contribute to HR process improvement, people analytics, and digital transformation through HR systems and AI adoption.

This role is ideal for a hands-on C&B professional who enjoys working with data, continuously improving processes, and delivering high-quality HR operations in an international environment.

Priority will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately or within 2 weeks.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
  • 3 - 4 years of hands-on Compensation & Benefits experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, payroll administration, PIT, SHUI, and statutory compliance. 
  • Experience using HRIS and payroll systems. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience preparing reports and dashboards using Excel. Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Experience drafting or improving C&B policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. 
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and streamline HR processes. 
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken. 
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Available to join immediately or within a short notice period is highly preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

Compensation & Benefits Operations

  • Manage end-to-end payroll administration and ensure payroll accuracy. 
  • Handle statutory compliance, including PIT, SHUI, labor reporting, and other employment-related obligations. 
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, leave management, and HR documentation. 
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth C&B operations. 

HR Process & Policy Improvement

  • Review and improve C&B processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. 
  • Draft, update, and maintain C&B policies, procedures, templates, and operational guidelines.
  • Support HR digitalization and continuous process improvement initiatives. 

HR Systems, Analytics & AI

  • Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS and payroll systems. 
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. 
  • Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, and support HR reporting and analysis. 

Regional HR Support

  • Support regional HR projects and other C&B initiatives across the Group as required.
