Community Manager

Responsible:

• Responsible for managing local social media platforms and communities in Vietnam, increasing community followers, user satisfaction, and engagement;
• Responsible for organizing and planning collaborations with local Vietnamese media, MCNs, crypto communities, and KOLs;
• Collaborate with the team to achieve the project's user growth targets in Vietnam;
• Represent zBit in organizing or participating in various offline events;
• Assist in handling initial customer complaints;

Job requirements

• :Fluent in English writing and reading
• .Fluent in spoken and written Chinese/Vietnamese as a bonus
• .Bachelor's degree, QS Asia ranked universities as a bonus
• .Fresh graduates are preferred, with blockchain internship/work experience as a bonus
• .Experience in operating blockchain social media/communities is preferred
• .Experience in content creation, LIVE, and financial KOL collaboration (not limited to blockchain) is preferred
• Location: Ho Chi Minh City
