To support our mission, SwipeRx is recruiting for a Community Manager to grow engagement through the largest digital community of pharmacy professionals in Vietnam. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic pharmacist with a passion for digital engagement and drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage in-app content to ensure alignment with the needs of retail pharmacists and partner requirements
  • Recruit and oversee community contributors, including user-generated content from pharmacists across Vietnam
  • Lead development, localization, and promotion of digital content and microsites across in-app and social media channels
  • Conduct user interviews and qualitative research to gather insights and test new tools or content ideas
  • Plan and facilitate online accredited training sessions using interactive, retail pharmacist-focused content and formats.
  • Support in-pharmacy activation activities to increase pharmacy access to quality care
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and platform demos for clients and partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy professional organizations to strengthen content and training initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in retail pharmacy setting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading pharmacy detailing or activation teams
  • Experience with digital platforms, mobile apps, or social media content
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent English skills
