Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager based in Hoi An. The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the community space, engage with members to create a welcoming and collaborative environment, organize and facilitate community events, and manage social media content to promote and grow the community. Responsibilities also include managing member onboarding processes, responding to inquiries, and ensuring the space is well-maintained and equipped.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with community members and foster meaningful relationships.
• Organizational and multitasking skills to effectively coordinate events and manage daily operations.
• Knowledge of social media management, content creation, and online community engagement.
• Customer service skills to address inquiries and ensure member satisfaction.
• Familiarity with coworking spaces, hospitality, or event planning is a plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment in Hoi An.
