ARX is a mobile-first, AI-powered trading terminal for decentralized perpetual futures. We combine smart money signal intelligence, an AI Copilot, and institutional-grade execution into a single platform giving retail crypto traders the decision layer they've never had. We're launching with Hyperliquid and expanding across DeFi venues. Local with 17-20 million crypto holders and one of the most retail-active trading populations in the world is a Tier 1 priority market.

Summary

We're looking for a Community & KOL Manager who will own ARX's presence in the Localcrypto market from the ground up. This is a hybrid role: part community builder, part influencer partnerships manager. You'll be the voice of ARX in Localcommunities and the bridge between ARX and the KOLs who shape Localcrypto opinion.

You'll build and run our Localcommunities on Zalo, Telegram, Facebook Groups, and Twitter/X, while simultaneously sourcing, vetting, and managing relationships with Localcrypto KOLs across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter/X. This isn't a translate English tweets into Localese role you'll shape the Localgo-to-market strategy.

Job Scope

Community Building & Management (50%)

• Build and manage ARX's Local communities on Zalo Groups, Facebook Groups, Telegram, and Twitter/X from scratch growing them into the go-to gathering place for LocalDeFi perp traders.
• Run daily community operations: market briefings, signal summaries, product announcements, and engagement campaigns.
• Host weekly AMAs, community calls, and live trading sessions with ARX team members and featured traders.
• Design and execute community engagement campaigns tailored to local culture trading competitions, referral drives, quests, and giveaways with locally relevant rewards (MoMo credits, ViettelPay vouchers, Shopee vouchers, etc.).
• Monitor community sentiment, surface user feedback to the product team, and act as the first line of support for local users.
• Recruit and manage community moderators to maintain active moderation during peak hours.
• Build a Community Leader program identify and empower top members with early access, direct team communication, and enhanced referral rewards.

KOL / Influencer Partnerships (40%)

• Source and vet crypto KOLs across all tiers: Tier 1 YouTube/Facebook analysts (50K+ followers), Tier 2 TikTok crypto creators and Twitter/X accounts, and Tier 3 Zalo/Telegram group managers.
• Manage end-to-end KOL relationships: initial outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, performance tracking, and ongoing relationship nurturing.
• Develop KOL campaign briefs that feel authentic not scripted ad reads, but genuine product trials and honest reviews that resonate with audiences. crypto audiences are particularly receptive to live trading streams and real-time signal demonstrations.
• Pitch and manage ARX's fee-share partnership model (20% permanent commission on referred volume) as a long-term incentive, differentiating ARX from competitors offering one-time sponsorship payments.
• Coordinate KOL content calendars to align with product launches, trading competitions, and market moments.
• Track KOL performance metrics: referral signups, activation rates, volume generated, and cost per active trader by KOL.
• Convert top-performing KOLs into long-term ambassadors and manage the Local ambassador program.

Content & Localization (10%)

• Create and curate local language content for Facebook, Zalo, Telegram, TikTok, and YouTube copy trading guides, signal stream explainers, AI Copilot tutorials, and market commentary.
• Ensure all ARX product copy, in-app strings, and marketing materials are localized to native-quality.
• Advise the global team on market nuances, cultural sensitivities, and platform-specific best practices.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 2+ years of experience in crypto community management, KOL/influencer marketing, or growth roles at a crypto exchange, DeFi protocol, or Web3 project.
• Deep familiarity with the Local crypto ecosystem you know the major KOLs, the active Facebook Groups and Zalo communities, and how sentiment moves in Local crypto markets. Local's crypto scene is heavily retail-driven and community-led; you need to understand the grassroots dynamics.
• Hands-on experience managing communities on Zalo and/or Facebook Groups (not just Discord/Telegram).
• Experience sourcing, negotiating with, and managing crypto influencer partnerships in Local.
• Understanding of perpetual futures trading, copy trading, and DeFi concepts you can explain liquidation distance, funding rates, and smart money signals without sounding like a textbook.
• Self-starter comfortable building from zero in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience at a Local crypto exchange (VNDC, Remitano Local) or a global exchange's Local operations (Binance Local community, OKX Local).
• Personal network of Local crypto KOLs and community leaders.
• Familiarity with Local's evolving crypto regulatory landscape and SBV (State Bank of Local) policy direction.
• Active personal presence in Local crypto communities (your own Zalo group, Facebook page, TikTok, or YouTube channel).
• Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools (Arkham, Nansen, DeBank) or DeFi trading platforms (Hyperliquid, dYdX, GMX).
• Experience running trading competitions or referral campaigns.
• Basic data analysis skills comfortable pulling metrics from dashboards and building simple attribution reports.
