At Digmarit, we specialize in digital marketing solutions that help businesses grow and engage their target audience across digital platforms. We are looking for an Communications Specialist to work with a Vietnamese audience as part of our international marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the brand's social media channels, primarily TikTok and Facebook.
- Create content: posts, short videos, and stories tailored to the Vietnamese audience.
- Drive audience growth and engagement across platforms.
- Guide users through the brand's communication channels and support them during the onboarding journey.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team on content strategy.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve results.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in SMM or content creation.
- Understanding of basic performance metrics and marketing funnels.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok and/or Facebook.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and local audience behavior.
- Native or fluent Vietnamese; English B1+.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Nice to have: experience in digital marketing with a performance or KPI focus.
