Commodity Sourcing Supervisor / Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Commodity Manager for Motor/Die Casting Commodity - Manage productivity, supplier strategy, supplier scorecard, localization for in-house material spend for all business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

- Negotiate terms, unit price, rebate, MOQ, LT for in-house suppliers; you will be responsible for supplier scorecard

- Execute cost savings strategies and supplier strategies., follow up through completion with internal teams (quality, ENG, PMC)

- Build relationships with supplier and internal TTI cross functional teams

- Effectively manage team members to complete annual KPI

- Understand market cost for commodity and processing and emerging processes

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related field or Psychology.

Experience

• 35 years of experience in sourcing/purchasing.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing direct materials and managing supplier scorecards.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong negotiation skills.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Language

• IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent
