JOB SUMMARY
The Commercial Leasing Manager is responsible for leading leasing activities for office and/or retail properties, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in commercial real estate leasing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute leasing strategies for office and/or retail properties.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including landlords and tenants.
- Manage the full leasing cycle: prospecting, negotiation, deal closing, and after-lease services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and partners.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Prepare leasing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Negotiate lease terms and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, research, legal) to support leasing activities.
- Achieve individual and team leasing targets and KPIs.
- Mentor and support junior team members (if applicable).
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in commercial leasing (office and/or retail)
- Proven track record of successful leasing deals and client portfolio
- Strong network with landlords, developers, and corporate tenants
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong business development mindset and target-driven
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
