Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic planning and annual budgeting for operational and maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular systematic reviews of existing policies and operational systems, implementing strategic modifications to enhance property management processes and procedural effectiveness.
- Coordinate and manage cyclic repair and improvement initiatives, administering term-contracts and providing oversight on minor capital development projects.
- Implement comprehensive security management protocols and coordinate various service contractors across property portfolios.
- Serve as primary interface with tenants and regulatory bodies, managing complaint resolution, providing expert guidance to ground-level teams, and facilitating complex issue management.
- Develop innovative solutions for operational challenges, ensuring rigorous compliance with regulatory standards, including Workplace Safety and Health Act requirements.
- Design and implement systematic audit processes, drive continuous operational improvements, and ensure timely, comprehensive management reporting.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Building Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of comprehensive property management experience, demonstrating expertise across all property management phases and service procurement processes.
- Proven expertise in mechanical and electrical systems and advanced building service technologies.
- Fire Safety Manager certification preferred.
- Exceptional collaborative skills with demonstrated capabilities in strategic planning, communication, and interpersonal relationship management.
- Advanced leadership and project management competencies, including sophisticated budgeting and forecasting abilities.
