Job Description

Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving Axel's growth in the healthcare sector by leading sales initiatives, developing new business opportunities, and supporting product-led marketing activities that directly contribute to revenue. This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong commercial acumen and experience in digital healthcare/ healthtech solutions.

Responsibilities

  1. Sales Leadership
  • Lead sales efforts to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare

providers.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize repeat business.
  1. Business Development
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand Axel's market share in healthcare.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Represent Axel at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate

leads.

  1. Marketing Support
  • Coordinate product-led marketing campaigns that directly support sales objectives.
  • Develop promotional materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to healthcare

clients.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  1. Team Supervision
  • Guide and mentor sales and marketing staff to ensure high performance.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and marketing teams to deliver result-oriented solutions.
  1. Reporting & Analytics
  • Track sales performance, pipeline development, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Proven experience in digital health or healthtech solutions is highly preferred. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and client needs.
