Commercial Manager

About the Role
Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving Axel's growth in the healthcare sector by
leading sales initiatives, developing new business opportunities, and supporting marketing
activities that directly contribute to revenue. This role requires a results-oriented professional
with strong commercial acumen and experience in healthcare markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership
• Lead sales efforts to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare
providers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize repeat business.
• Business Development
• Develop and execute strategies to expand Axel's market share in healthcare.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Represent Axel at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate
leads.
• Marketing Support
• Coordinate marketing campaigns that directly support sales objectives.
• Develop promotional materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to healthcare
clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Team Supervision
• Guide and mentor sales and marketing staff to ensure high performance.
• Foster collaboration between sales, operations, and marketing teams to deliver result-
oriented solutions.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Track sales performance, pipeline development, and conversion rates.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and client needs.
