What will you do
- Video Production
- Coordinate and follow up on production checklists to ensure all materials and assets for video shoots are prepared and delivered on schedule.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and managing production assets including scripts, background visuals, product information, and reference materials.
- Support the review process for video scripts and draft edits to ensure alignment with the intended content direction and brand messaging.
- Conduct quality checks on video deliverables, ensuring visual elements, backgrounds, and overall content flow meet internal standards.
- Livestream Support
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare livestream materials including scripts, background visuals, and product information.
- Ensure all required assets are ready prior to livestream sessions to support smooth production.
- Assist with host scheduling coordination and send reminders to ensure timely preparation and participation.
What skills and experience you will need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Interest in video production, digital content, and livestream commerce .
- Familiarity with social media platforms and short-form video content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English ; Vietnamese proficiency is a plus for coordination with local teams.
- Candidates who are available for a 6-month internship are preferred.
