Job Description

Responsibilities

Consumer Research & Market Insights

  • Support end-to-end execution of research projects (both qualitative & quantitative)
  • Coordinate with research agencies (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, Ipsos) from briefing to report delivery
  • Assist in analyzing research results and turning them into actionable insights
  • Prepare monthly market performance reports using Nielsen data
  • Support updating internal dashboards with the Data & Analytics team

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Help develop and improve internal dashboards (Power BI or similar tools)
  • Consolidate consumer and market data to build integrated CMI dashboard
  • Support data preparation for market projection model
  • Assist in visualizing and interpreting model outputs

Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) Exposure

  • Join discussions with global and local teams in MMM project
  • Learn how to translate complex data models into business insights

Qualifications

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Data Analytics
  • GPA 7/10 or 2.8/4
  • Willing to take 6 months duration & ready to start in July 2026
  • Having the curiosity in data concept & analytical products with the ability to interpret data with meaningful insights
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning)
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other dashboard tools is a plus
  • Good communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
