Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Commercial leaders and Group Brand Managers to develop and align annual/quarterly sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and key commercial KPIs with overall company targets.
- Cascade company-level objectives into granular monthly, weekly, and daily performance targets and metrics for sales teams and account owners.
- Monitor actual performance vs. targets in real-time; identify variances, risks, gaps, and early warning signals; proactively drive corrective actions and follow-up to ensure delivery.
- Provide deep analytical insights, scenario modeling, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations to accelerate revenue growth, safeguard/improve margins, and enhance commercial efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Commercial Director challenge assumptions, offer data-backed perspectives, and support high-stakes commercial decisions.
- Lead commercial performance management frameworks, including target setting, governance, guardrails, and structured review processes to maintain discipline and accountability.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial controlling, financial/business analysis, planning & forecasting (preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or high-growth digital businesses with large datasets).
- Proven ability to handle huge volumes of data and derive meaningful business insights with clear impact assessment.
Core Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional analytical and structured thinking; strong problem-solving skills to isolate issues, evaluate data, and reach logical conclusions.
- Advanced Excel mastery (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling); proficient in Power BI (or similar BI tools) for visualization and dashboards; strong in PowerPoint for executive reporting.
- Excellent data orientation: skilled in planning, forecasting, process mapping, and performance tracking.
- High-level communication: able to present complex analyses clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (both written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, mature, accountable, and collaborative; comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines and adapting to fast-changing environments.
- Good command of English (business level); native Vietnamese proficiency.
Preferred
- Direct experience in e-commerce or environments with massive data volumes.
- Inquisitive mindset with a client-centric approach and strong ownership.
