Now Hiring: Commercial Advisor I (Vietnam) 12Month Contract

Travel: Up to 50% (3week trips within Vietnam)

Airswift is seeking a Commercial Advisor I to support our client's lubricants business growth across Vietnam. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong distributor relationships, conducting market visits, and developing commercial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with distributors to drive sustainable growth through disciplined stewardship (sellin, sellout, inventory, marketing execution).
- Develop reseller networks and support onboarding of new distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits for pricing validation, competitor analysis, and market intelligence (4W & B2B sectors).
- Identify noncompetitive areas and formulate actionable improvement plans.
- Support commercial data analysis, forecasting, and scorecard submissions.
- Develop a pipeline of potential future distributors/resellers.
- Partner with sales advisors to strengthen 4W and sector specialist capabilities.
Requirements
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- 23 years of commercial or sales experience (lubricants experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Vietnam.
- Willing to learn and engage with diverse distributors and endusers.
