We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Administrator to join our Commercial business operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible to support our commercial team in managing sales & marketing payment applications, reporting and documentations and supporting the business partner performance tracking. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and working collaboratively across different departments and with HQ. You will report directly to the Planner Lead.

What are you expected to do

  • Sales & Marketing payment application & follow up: Ensure the payment documents are processed correctly, submit the payment applications in the system, coordinate with HQ on application status and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Sales reporting and documentations: check & submit monthly sales reports and business partners inventory, prepare weekly business results reports.
  • Business partner performance tracking: calculate performance hit rates and rebates eligibility based on business partners targets.
  • Other tasks assigned by managers

We would be thrilled if you own the following qualities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other related majors.
  • At least 2 year experience in Sales administration
  • Be careful, be accountable for quality and accuracy
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and simultaneously manage multiple tasks.
  • Be diligent, honest, and proactive.
  • Excellent numerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly in Excel) and business reporting tools.
  • An intermediate command of English.
