I. JOB OBJECTIVES
The Color Technology Center is part of the Product R&D Center, primarily engaged in color technology development and research. The current 50-member team is located in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Wuhan, Chengdu, the United States, Germany, India, and Vietnam. Aesthetics technology work closely collaborates with the design and engineering teams of major companies.
II. FUNCTIONS AND TASKS
- Monitor production of R&D prototypes to develop optimal color formulations for each product;
- Accurately identify clients technical requirements for aesthetic products and rapidly design corresponding formulations;
- Provide pre-sales, sales, and post-sales support for aesthetic products;
- Continuously pursue learning and prioritize knowledge retention.
III. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Right:
- Access to product development data, color formulation tools, and client feedback; authority to propose aesthetic solutions and collaborate across departments; recognition for innovation and technical contributions.
2. Responsibility:
- Develop and optimize color formulations; analyze client requirements and deliver tailored aesthetic solutions; support sales teams throughout the product lifecycle; maintain technical knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.
IV. CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields with a solid academic foundation
- Possess strong English and communication skills; Chinese is an advantage
- Possess clear thinking, a proactive attitude, and strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Demonstrate strong execution capabilities, resilience under pressure, and a high capacity for learning

- Salary: From 14-25 million
