We are looking for a highly motivated Collection Analyst to join our Collection Team. This role is responsible for handling analytical work, supporting collection operations, and partnering closely with the Product Team to improve collection-related processes, tools, and performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of collection processes, product functionality, and operational workflows.
- Perform analytical tasks related to collection performance, operational issues, and process improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with the Product Team on collection-related initiatives, feature enhancements, and system improvements.
- Monitor, investigate, and troubleshoot issues affecting collection operations, then coordinate with Product and Engineering teams for resolution.
- Assist and provide clear, accurate guidance to the operational team regarding inquiries, issues, and cases.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret feedback from the operational team to identify requests and opportunities for product improvement.
- Create and maintain support documentation, including user guides, process documentation, and FAQs.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to maintain operational stability and support collection activities.
- Act proactively on alerts, issues, and key operational highlights related to collection systems and processes.
- Use data analysis, user feedback, and operational findings to support decision-making and recommend improvements to collection strategies and tools.
Qualification
- Professional-level fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, investigate issues, and recommend solutions.
- Experience working closely with Product, Operations, or related teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to write and run queries using SQL / BigQuery to investigate data and backend behavior.
- Solid understanding of APIs and webhooks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve operational and technical issues.
- Clear and professional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail in tracking cases, analyzing issues, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Self-starter with good project coordination and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams.
