As co-founder, you'll be instrumental in shaping SunLeaf's financial strategy and sales growth. Working closely with the founder, you'll:

• Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand SunLeaf's presence in domestic and international markets.
• Manage Financial Operations: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and capital management, ensuring a healthy cash flow for the business to scale.
• Lead Fundraising: Play a pivotal role in raising capital, leveraging your network and expertise to secure funding for future growth.
• Collaborate on Company Vision: Work alongside the founder to align business goals, ensuring SunLeaf stays focused on its mission of providing sustainable solutions for agriculture.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and partners to foster growth opportunities and increase brand recognition.
• Contribute to Team Culture: Help shape a strong, inclusive company culture that thrives on mutual respect, innovation, and sustainable growth.

• Meaningful Compensation: As a co-founder, you'll receive 40-50% of net revenue after deducting all costs and expenses, ensuring your compensation is directly tied to the company's success and growth.
• Cutting-Edge Products: Work with industry-leading products developed using Japanese biotechnology and certified organic ingredients that are setting new standards in sustainable farming.
