CNC Engineer

Job Purpose:

Responsible for process development, process control, and process improvement of product machining processes. The work includes in-plant machining (cutting, CNC, etc.) process development, product trial production verification, production data collection and analysis, failure analysis and prevention, production efficiency and capacity improvement, etc.

Work Location:

Lot CN2-4, Yen Phong IP (extension area), Yen Trung commune, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province, Bac Ninh, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product machining process development, trial production verification, and process management, including programming of CNC process programming, design and production of fixtures, product trial production verification, process standard formulation and optimization, production efficiency and capacity improvement, etc.
2. Responsible for the analysis of the causes of CNC process and cross-process product quality issues, formulating corrective and preventive measures, and eliminating the recurrence of similar problems.
3. Effective management of TPM management and programming databases and tool magazines for leading machining equipment.
4. Machining technical team building, skill training, and promotion.
5. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requisite Criteria:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in engineering.
2. More than 5 years of mechanical machining experience, experience in precision structural parts processing is a plus.
3. Familiar with FANUC and Mitsubishi systems. More than 3 years of experience in CNC programming and debugging, skilled use of various types of drawing software, such as: (MASTERCAM, SOLIDWORKS, UG, Pro-E, and AUTOCAD).
4. VSM(value stream map) improvement practical work experience is preferred.
5. Familiar with the processing flow and process parameters of aluminum alloy, copper, stainless steel, and other materials.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Strong sense of quality and lean production.

Skills:

1. Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc.;
2. Basic English communication skills.
