Role Description
This role is responsible for achieving wedding and event sales targets through client development, database management, and effective sales execution. The position oversees contract negotiation, event coordination, and promotional activities while ensuring service quality and alignment with market trends. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Build and develop a Customer Database with wedding service providers (wedding planners), individual clients, and other partners.
- Responsible for the assigned revenue targets for Weddings & Events.
- Implement and execute direct sales, telesales, and participate in Sales Blitz campaigns.
- Negotiate and finalize Event and Wedding quotations/contracts.
- Organize and participate in wedding exhibitions, promotional events, and wedding showcases.
- Create and execute promotion programs for Events and Weddings. Update and apply modern, advanced marketing tools for the event and wedding segment.
- Support clients in selecting menus and event/wedding themes (theme, concept, etc.).
- Issue Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and coordinate wedding and event operations.
- Update market trends, customer preferences, and competitor insights in the event and wedding industry.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from university with a relevant major such as Hospitality Management, Business Administration, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related position (event or wedding sales); candidates with experience in chain operations are preferred.
- Strong English proficiency and solid knowledge of event and wedding planning/organization.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; flexible and adaptable at work.
