We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cluster Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment strategy for three exciting hotel projects in Vietnam, including the flagship Holiday Inn Resort Ba Na Hills. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the talent journey from pre-opening through hotel launch while partnering closely with hotel leadership, owners, and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for three hotel pre-openings.
  • Partner with General Managers, Department Heads, and HR leaders to develop recruitment plans aligned with project timelines and opening milestones.
  • Build robust talent pipelines for both leadership and operational roles.

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies through job fairs, social media, hospitality schools, employee referrals, and industry networking.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Employer Branding

  • Position the hotels as employers of choice within the local hospitality market.
  • Organize recruitment campaigns, career fairs, open days, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Promote the IHG employer brand and values across all recruitment channels.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with hotel leadership, owners, and regional HR teams to ensure recruitment milestones are achieved.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates, market intelligence, hiring metrics, and risk assessments.
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners and educational institutions.

Pre-opening Excellence

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are delivered in line with project critical paths and opening timelines.
  • Support hiring events, assessment centres, and mass recruitment initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to employment.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labour legislation and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting through HR systems.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, and hiring progress against plan.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, with hospitality recruitment experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting hotel pre-openings or large-scale recruitment campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent interviewing and talent assessment capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Vietnamese language proficiency is highly advantageous.
