Job Description

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

The Cluster Head of Finance plays a pivotal role in leading the overall financial strategy, governance, and operations for all E-Gaming Clubs under Company management. This position is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, cage operations, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced and highly regulated gaming environment.

The role requires a commercially driven finance leader with strong expertise in gaming finance operations, internal controls, risk management, and multi-site financial oversight. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the E-Gaming or gaming industry, combined with strong leadership capabilities to drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and compliance excellence across all club operations.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and oversee the full spectrum of finance operations across all E-Gaming Clubs, including accounting, treasury, cage operations, taxation, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Oversee daily cage and cash management operations to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Company's operational and business objectives.
  • Establish and strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure operational compliance.
  • Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring effective cost control and resource allocation.
  • Lead financial analysis and planning to support the Company's strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management for business improvement and profitability enhancement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining high standards of financial integrity and transparency.
  • Oversee internal controls and compliance with financial regulations, conducting regular audits and reviews.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to integrate financial management with overall operational strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
  • Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and other relevant financial regulations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
  • Implement and oversee financial risk management strategies.
  • Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management and investment strategies.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize cost structures and improve financial performance.
  • Ensure the effective integration of financial systems and processes across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, gaming regulations, taxation requirements, and Company policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and relevant government agencies regarding financial and compliance matters.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team across multiple club locations to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
  • Support operational management with financial insights, business analysis, and strategic decision-making.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, automation, and system enhancements to optimize financial operations and reporting efficiency.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial and operational information.
  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the direct leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within E-Gaming, gaming, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
  • Banking Experience is a must
  • Strong network with State Bank and Tax Department
  • Significant experience in financial management within the gaming industry, including direct management of cage operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of casino financial operations, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site finance operations and leading high-performing finance teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management processes.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems relevant to casino operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-financial colleagues and stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial risk management and treasury functions.
  • Experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems relevant to casino operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with database management and reporting tools.
  • Experience with financial modeling software and treasury management systems.
