Lead and execute sales activities for the in-bound market, driving room and F&B revenue in line with the hotel's annual Sales & Marketing Plan, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding budgeted targets.
Develop, manage, and grow key corporate and community accounts, including contracting, rate negotiation, account penetration, and relationship management with both in-house guests and external partners.
Act as the main liaison for international guests, coordinating closely with Front Office, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, handle guest issues effectively, and enhance overall guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
Fluent in Korean, English with strong communication and client-facing skills.
Proven experience in hotel sales and account management, including sales calls, site inspections, and rate negotiation.
Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
