Arrowster is an AI-powered study abroad platform built by a team from Harvard and Oxford, backed by operators from OpenAI and Duolingo. We've gone from zero to $1M+ in booked revenue, 15M+ monthly content views, and a club network spanning 700+ high schools and universities across Vietnam. Now we need someone to own that network not just maintain it, but turn it into a lead generation machine. We operate fast, hands-on, and execution-first.
About the role
You'll own Arrowster's entire club and ambassador network building relationships, coordinating campaigns across hundreds of clubs simultaneously, and managing a growing team of student volunteers who put Arrowster in front of high schoolers across the country. During off-peak periods, you're cold-outreaching new clubs, onboarding volunteers, and deepening existing relationships. During campaign season, you're orchestrating hundreds of moving pieces at once to hit your leads target. This role is part relationship-builder, part operations machine.
What you'll own
- Full club network management: 700+ high school and university clubs outreach, onboarding, activation, and retention
- Campaign coordination: during peak periods, you mobilize hundreds of clubs simultaneously to distribute Arrowster content and drive attendance at events
- Student volunteer program: recruit, manage, and hold accountable a network of student ambassadors who represent Arrowster at their schools
- Pipeline building: during off-peak, you're constantly sourcing new clubs and deepening existing relationships so the network grows every cycle
- Leads KPI: the clubs you manage are a distribution channel you're accountable for the leads they generate, not just the relationships you maintain
Who you are
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, business development, partnerships, or community management you've managed high-volume relationships before and didn't drown
- You're a systems builder: you love spreadsheets, you track everything, and you build processes proactively rather than waiting for someone to hand you one
- You're a problem-solver who defaults to action: when Plan A fails, you've already moved to Plan B without asking permission
- You're comfortable working student hours late evenings, weekends during campaign season because that's when your stakeholders are active
- Bonus: you've run operations for Vietnamese student clubs (AIESEC, SSEAYP, or similar), managed campus ambassador programs, or juggled 50100+ client relationships at an agency
Not a fit if
- You need perfect instructions before you start moving
- You get overwhelmed when managing more than 20 relationships at once
- You've never been accountable to a leads or conversion metric you just maintained partnerships
- You can't show concrete examples of how you've managed high-volume, distributed relationships
Why Arrowster
- Direct impact: every club you activate puts Arrowster in front of thousands of students who need affordable study abroad guidance
- Real ownership: you run the network no one is going to micromanage your outreach strategy or club relationships
- Work with an A-tier team from Harvard, Oxford, and more who are building something that matters
- Competitive compensation (based on experience) with KPI bonuses that scale with performance
Benefits
- 2-month probation at 100% salary
- Social Insurance per VN law
- 12 annual leave days + public holidays
- Office lunch provided
- 13th month bonus
Work setup
100% onsite at The Hive Villa, Tho in, District 2, HCMC. We used to go seven days a week. Now we average 6 days a week to allow for flexibility but everyone here still works hard because they want to win, not because someone tells them to.
