Position Summary
As a SA Presales, you will:
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design the right AWS-based solutions.
- Lead technical pre-sales discussions, solution architecture design, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Partner with sales and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable cloud solutions.
- Help customers embrace modernization, security, and AI-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate cloud-based services and solutions to enterprise clients.
- Understand customer requirements and participate in solution design and proposal development.
- Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects to validate solution effectiveness.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure solutions align with customer goals.
- Document solution architecture and ensure smooth handover to the delivery team.
- Continuously learn and share knowledge about the latest AWS and AI technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Qualifications and Experience
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- AWS or other Cloud certifications (preferred).
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity and Data solutions is an advantage.
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure, or Information Security.
- Strong experience with AWS services (Google Cloud or Azure experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to design or support secure, scalable cloud architectures.
