JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Architect (Pre-sales Cloud) to support Large Enterprise (LE) & BFSI customers by designing and consulting on end-to-end cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
This role plays a critical part in solutioning, consulting, and customer engagement, working closely with Sales, Technical Architects, and partners to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant architectures.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure/Local Cloud) (Candidates are not required to be experts in all domains; strong in one domain, solid understanding of the other is sufficient) with proven experience working directly with Large Enterprise (LE) or BFSI clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Gather, analyze, and understand customer business and technical requirements to recommend appropriate CMC Cloud solutions.
Deliver product presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical consultations to enterprise customers.
Design cloud architectures and recommend cloud migration strategies that align with customer business objectives and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and optimize enterprise workloads on the CMC Cloud platform.
Assess customers existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements to enhance performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
Develop and maintain solution architecture documents, technical proposals, best practices, and case studies.
Gather customer feedback, conduct market and competitor analysis, and provide recommendations to improve cloud products and services.
Collaborate with domestic and international technology partners to evaluate, integrate, and deliver cloud solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience deploying and operating public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or local cloud platforms (CMC Cloud, Viettel Cloud, FPT Smart Cloud).
Previous experience as a Cloud Solution Architect in a System Integration (SI) company or cloud service provider is highly preferred.
Solid knowledge of IaaS/PaaS architectures.
Solid understanding of core virtualization technologies such as VMware and KVM.
Good knowledge of Cloud Networking, including Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), VPC Peering, VPN, Elastic IP, and Elastic Load Balancer (ELB).
Strong understanding of data storage solutions (Elastic Block Storage, S3 Object Storage) and backup & recovery tools (Cloud Backup, Veeam Backup).
Good understanding of container platforms and database management systems, including RDS (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MariaDB), Redis, and MongoDB is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud security concepts and risk identification, including Web Application Firewall (WAF), Anti-DDoS, Security Groups, and IAM is a plus.
