Job Description

I. Overview:

The Cloud Infra Security Specialist is a crucial senior role responsible for the design, management, and security of the

organization's multi-cloud environments. This role ensures the cloud infrastructure is scalable, cost-optimized, and

resilient, while simultaneously establishing and enforcing robust cybersecurity postures across all the cloud platforms.

The Lead will drive cloud security and compliance initiatives, manage CloudOps, and ensure strict compliance with

standards like ISO 27001 within the cloud ecosystem.

II. Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Cloud Strategy and Architecture

Lead the strategic planning, development, and maintenance of the organization's multi-cloud infrastructure,

focusing on core services like IaaS, PaaS, Networking, and Containerization (e.g., Kubernetes).

Oversee daily cloud operations (CloudOps) to maintain system stability, performance, and High Availability

across different cloud vendors.

Drive the adoption of DevOps principles and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for secure, automated, and

repeatable deployment of cloud resources.

Cloud Security and Compliance Leadership

Establish and enforce the organization's cybersecurity policy specifically designed for a multi-cloud footprint.

Lead all security activities, including vulnerability management, incident response, and security architecturereviews within the cloud environment.

Act as the primary champion for ISO 27001 compliance, ensuring security controls are implemented andmaintained across all cloud platforms.

Manage cloud access and identity governance, focusing on Zero Trust principles.

Team and Project Leadership

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the cloud infrastructure team, fostering a culture of security

consciousness and operational excellence.

Manage complex cloud projects (e.g., set up landing zone) to ensure successful, timely, and secure delivery.

III. Requirements:

Core Skills s Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with a significant and proven focus on multi-cloud management and information security.

Deep technical expertise in securing and managing services across multiple major cloud platforms.

Strong knowledge of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Security Access Broker (CASB)solutions.

In-depth, hands-on knowledge of the Information Security Management System

(ISMS) and strict adherence to ISO 27001 standards in a cloud context is required.

Strong communication and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the deployment and management of services on Microsoft Azureand FPT Cloud.

Prestigious certifications are preferred, such as CISSP, or relevant cloud security certifications (e.g., AzureSecurity Engineer Associate).

Prior experience managing on-premises data centers and infrastructure.

Experience with securing AI/ML platforms and implementing best practices for Data Security in the cloud.

Experience with building and scaling team in a startup environment
