POSITION: Cloud Solution Architect Intern (General - Cloud/DevOps - Hanoi)

Job Description:

● Receive AWS technical training, immerse yourself in cloud computing, develop business acumen, presentation delivery, and learn more about CK culture.

● Collaborate with the Sales and SA teams to understand potential clients needs and requirements.

● Help create high-level technical designs, including clear diagrams and documentation, to effectively communicate proposed solutions to clients.

● Collaborate with SA team to prepare Scope of Work Proposal

● Participate in product demonstrations, proof of concept (PoC) activities, and technical discussions to build client confidence and showcase the benefits of our solutions.

● Address basic technical questions and concerns from potential clients, demonstrating your growing expertise.

Requirements:

● 0-1 years of experience.

● Have degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Mathematics/ Technology/ Related science/ technical field.

● Interest and aptitude to learn about and deliver cloud-based solutions to customers.

● Knowledge of one of the programming languages like Java, Python, Go, Node.js OR the interest and technical ability to learn a programming language.

● Experience with one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, Go, Node.js or other modern computing languages. Experience with Networking fundamentals, Security, Databases (Relational and/or NoSQL) or, Operating Systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows).

● Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Aggressive and proactive

Preferred qualifications:

● Experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution in a school project or while working for a company.

● Experience with one or more of the following domains: Big Data, Analytics, Security, DevOps, Application Development, or Machine Learning Awareness of AWS or cloud computing.

POSITION: Cloud Engineer Intern (Hanoi)

Job Description:

● Provide day-to-day customer support and administration across AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.

● Participate in delivering the projects to the clients.

●Perform the operational support, maintenance, and optimization in the post-implementation phase of the project.

● Respond to customer service issues via email, phone, and web conference.

●Troubleshoot technical issues, follow up on resolutions, and maintain proactive communication with customers regarding open tickets.

●Provide advice and information to customers regarding general cloud infrastructure as service offerings and best practices

● Contribute to the internal documentation and maintain code base to improve service delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

● 0-1 years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineer position. We welcome fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or personal projects.

● Exposure to at least one major Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

● Solid understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments.

● Clear understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)

● Experience within at least one programming language Python, JavaScript, or Node.js, with the ability to develop, maintain, and optimize code.

● Hands-on experience in IaC tools like Terraform, CDK or similar tools are plus.

● Understanding the basics of version control (Git) and deployment pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or cloud DevOps services).

● Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical fixes to clients.

● Self-starter who is passionate about learning new technology.
