Receive and handle technical questions/requests related to Datadog or similar systems (Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, Grafana Stack/Cloud, Prometheus + Grafana, Elastic Ob-servability) in cloud and on-premises environments.
Provide customer support online (tickets/email/Zoom).
DATADOG ticket escalation.
Analyze features and respond to/clarify requests using DATADOG documentation (DATADOG Docs).
Experience with Linux/Windows and installing, setting up, and configuring monitoring agents/collectors (e.g., Datadog Agent or equivalent such as Dynatrace OneAgent, New Relic Infrastructure agent, Prometheus exporters, Elastic Agent).
Experience supporting APM and tracing / end-to-end performance troubleshooting (e.g., Datadog APM / New Relic APM / Dynatrace / Tempo), including basic service depend-ency analysis and incident Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Experience with container services (K8s, Docker).
Basic knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS/Azure, including integration with cloud-native services.
