Movetech is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead and oversee the effective operations of our aesthetic clinic. This is a key management role, playing a critical part in ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and the clinic's sustainable long-term growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager, working abroad. The Clinic Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency in administrative and clinical procedures. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, budgets, and clinic resources, ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction, and implementing training programs for employees. The role requires fostering strong communication across teams and addressing patient needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with patients and staff effectively.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and resource management to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Knowledge of Medicine, including industry standards and healthcare regulations, is highly preferred.
• Ability to create and deliver Training programs to ensure staff development and maintain quality care.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and drive results.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
