Job Description

Customer Communication

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding testing services, scope, pricing, and turnaround time.

- Provide professional consultation to help clients choose appropriate testing standards and methods.

- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding test progress and report status.

Quotation & Order Handling

- Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements and applicable testing standards.

- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

- Process service orders in the system and ensure accurate documentation.

Sample Coordination

- Coordinate with customers for sample submission, shipping, and documentation.

- Check sample information and ensure proper registration in the system.

- Test Assign based on the client's requirements.

- Work closely with laboratory teams to schedule testing and prioritize urgent samples.

Project Tracking

- Monitor testing progress and ensure timelines are met.

- Inform customers proactively about delays, issues, or additional requirements.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Handle customer complaints or service issues professionally and escalate when necessary.

- Support sales teams in maintaining key accounts.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, test requests, reports, invoices.

- Ensure all processes follow internal quality procedures and relevant standards.

Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/degree holder in any discipline (though Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline will be a plus).
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in testing, inspection, certification (TIC) industry.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good coordination and multitasking ability.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Self-initiated, independent and a good team player.

  • 12 months salary
  • 5 days work 8am to 5pm/8:30am to5:30pm
  • 15 days annual leave
