Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Lead based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Commercial Lead will oversee sales and business development activities, manage key accounts, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand market share. Responsibilities include spearheading customer engagement strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet and exceed business goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales and Account Management to drive growth and manage client portfolios
  • Expertise in Communication and Customer Service for building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Experience in Purchasing and strategy development for effective procurement and partnerships
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency in English and additional language skills (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
