Job Description

Customer Communication

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding testing services, scope, pricing, and turnaround time.
  • Provide professional consultation to help clients choose appropriate testing standards and methods.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding test progress and report status.

Quotation & Order Handling

  • Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements and applicable testing standards.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Process service orders in the system and ensure accurate documentation.

Sample Coordination

  • Coordinate with customers for sample submission, shipping, and documentation.
  • Check sample information and ensure proper registration in the system.
  • Test Assign based on the client's requirements.
  • Work closely with laboratory teams to schedule testing and prioritize urgent samples.

Project Tracking

  • Monitor testing progress and ensure timelines are met.
  • Inform customers proactively about delays, issues, or additional requirements.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Handle customer complaints or service issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Support sales teams in maintaining key accounts.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, test requests, reports, invoices.
  • Ensure all processes follow internal quality procedures and relevant standards.

Qualifications

Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.

  • Diploma/degree holder in any discipline (though Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline will be a plus).
  • At least 1 year of working experience in testing, inspection, certification (TIC) industry.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good coordination and multitasking ability.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Self-initiated, independent and a good team player.
