About The Client Service Team

The Client Service Team is the revenue epicenter of our business. About The Role

As a Manager in the Client Service Team, you will act as a knowledge broker between our clients and industry experts. Your role is to partner with our clients to understand their knowledge gaps and identify experts with the most relevant experience and knowledge that can address them and lead a team of Associates and Senior Associates.

Your Key Responsibilities Shall Include

  • Foster the development of Associates and Senior Associates core research skills by imparting commercial acumen, sales techniques, and effective time management strategies while reinforcing custom recruitment methodologies.
  • Provide opportunities for project management skill enhancement to Associates involved in custom recruitment research.
  • Offer mentoring opportunities to Associates and Senior Associates capable of custom recruitment research and project management, aiming to cultivate multi-disciplinary skills and prepare them for advancement.
  • Analyze client project briefs to identify knowledge gaps and conduct comprehensive industry and company research to pinpoint the most relevant experts.
  • Regularly engage with experts to screen and validate their expertise and suitability for specific projects.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and agility in conducting high-level research on industries and companies, ensuring the selection of experts with the most relevant experience and knowledge to address clients inquiries.
  • Uphold clients best interests throughout collaboration, ensuring the confidentiality and security of their data and information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or other advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Fluent or native level of English professional communication is a must; Fluency in another language such as Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa, Filipino is a huge plus!
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Information Service/Expert Network Service or relevant industries, with strong leadership experience as manager/leader roles.
  • Skilled in sales, time management & prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication skills.
  • A client service mentality, which means you are committed to go beyond your clients needs to deliver true value.
