About Ba3

Ba3 builds an AI eCommerce Assistant for brands selling on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. We help teams track execution, spot issues early, and optimize daily actions to drive growth.

At this stage, Ba3 operates a hybrid model: Product (SaaS/Tech platform) + Service (managed optimization & execution support) so clients get both insights and real outcomes.

Role Mission

Own commercial growth for Ba3 by closing new clients, expanding revenue, and building partnershipsselling both Ba3 subscriptions and managed growth services. This is a hands-on founding sales role. You will sell, close, and grow accounts directly.

Key Responsibilities

New Business (Hunt & Close)

  • Identify, approach, and close B2B clients: brands, agencies, enablers, marketplace ecosystem
  • Run discovery calls and uncover pain points (pricing, promo, content, ranking, reviews)
  • Pitch Ba3's hybrid solution: SaaS + managed optimization
  • Own commercial flow: proposal, pricing, negotiation, contracting

Account Growth (Retention & Expansion)

  • Ensure smooth handover after close (onboarding + first wins)
  • Expand accounts via upsell: more platforms, more categories, more services
  • Maintain strong relationships with decision makers (Head of eCom, Trade, Marketing, GM)

Build the Commercial Engine

  • Build pipeline and forecast: lead meeting proposal signed agreement
  • Develop repeatable playbooks: ICP, messaging, outbound scripts, objection handling
  • Work with Founder & Product to turn market feedback into roadmap and packaging
  • Support partnerships/co-selling with agencies and ecosystem players

Requirements

  • 37+ years experience in eCommerce, SaaS, agency, enabler, or marketplace ecosystem
  • Proven track record of closing deals (not only managing accounts)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada ecosystem and buyer needs
  • Confident in outbound prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and handling objections
  • Self-driven, execution-first, comfortable in early-stage environments
  • Able to sell both product value (platform, insights, automation) and service value (managed execution, outcomes, growth support)

Nice to Have

  • Existing network in brand eCommerce teams (FMCG, Beauty, Electronics)
  • Experience selling analytics, SaaS, or performance solutions
  • Partner selling experience (agency/enabler ecosystem)
  • Comfortable working with numbers (GMV, margin, promo ROI, ranking)
