About the Insights Team: Powering High-Stakes Decisions
Our Insights team is the
analytical engine of Dialectica. We are transforming the way investors, corporates and consultancies obtain curated knowledge to inform business strategy.
Working on-demand and side by side with our Expert Calls and B2B Surveys teams to
deliver tailored solutions to a sophisticated global client base and
help answer our clients most pressing strategic business problems. While our Expert Calls team focuses on real-time connections, the
Insights Team focuses on the
content.
About the Role:
The Intelligence Architect
As an Associate, you'll act as the
information bridge between global decision-makers and the world's most niche industry experts. You'll work on multiple investment, consulting and so forth projects at once and develop valuable skills in sales, research, negotiation, time management, and professional communication.
Your Day-to-day Will Involve
- Deconstructing Briefs & Expert-Identify: Analyzing complex client needs to identify the missing information to their knowledge gaps, and conduct a thorough research on tools to identify the best-matching, relevant C-suite executives and industry leaders profiles globally.
- Cold-Call Outreach & Persuasion: You will use phone, LinkedIn, and professional networks to initiate a conversation and pitch our projects, persuade experts to participate, and effectively communicate the value of joining the consultation.
- End-To-End Engagement Management: You are responsible for the final mile. After vetting top-tier experts, you will manage the seamless delivery, securing the best time slots across the time zones, overseeing the coordination to ensure the engagement occurs successfully and the client's knowledge gaps are closed.
